Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes and measurements are approximate. Please check the size guide and details before ordering.

Pet safety and use
Our products are designed for everyday comfort and convenience. They aren’t medical devices and don’t diagnose, treat or prevent any health condition. If your pet has a health or mobility problem, ask your vet before using a product. Please supervise your pet with new items, especially stairs, harnesses and recovery collars, and stop using a product if it becomes damaged. Check weight limits and sizing before use.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout when you order is the price you pay. We may cancel and refund an order that was priced incorrectly by mistake. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, and we don’t store your card details.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email and dispatch the item. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, can’t be delivered to your address, or we suspect fraud, and we’ll refund you in full if we do.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Full details are in our Delivery Policy. Some products can’t be delivered to certain remote postcodes, and we’ll contact you if that affects your order. Please check your address carefully, because we can’t refund orders returned due to an incorrect address.

Returns, refunds and replacements
Please see our Returns, Refunds and Replacements policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the ACL. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure isn’t a major one.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products. This doesn’t limit any right you have under the ACL, and where the law allows us to limit liability, it’s limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price.
